Dax J. Lonetto, Sr., Esq. was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He is fluent in Spanish. He attended Jesuit High School graduating in 1998 summa cum laude. He went on to attend Florida State University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance with a minor in Spanish in 2002 graduating cum laude. Dax remained at Florida State University where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the College of Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2005. Dax is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Dax focuses his practice on representing individuals affected by disabilities before the Social Security Administration and Department of Veterans Affairs. Dax has been a been a member of NOSSCR (the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives) and NOVA (the National Organization of Veterans Advocates) since 2007. In the past, he has also been active or a member of the Florida State Alumni Association and the Lions Club. Recently, he was selected for inclusion in the Latino American Who’s Who and will be featured in the third volume of their publication.
Dax has represented hundreds of claimants and veterans in their claims for disability benefits from the Social Security Administration and Department of Veterans Affairs.
